I understand that high school students have been going on the rampage complaining of petty things such as DVDs in their buses. Are these kids nuts? I’d like to advocate for caning as a measure to streamline our institutions.

Check out what some serious students who enjoy learning are using as a mode of transportation. I’m hoping this will open up our hearts to embrace the fact that we need high disciplinary standards in our schools.
